There were 45 American Indian students enrolled in Spotsylvania County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Spotsylvania County Public Schools District welcomed 24,064 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.2% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.
