In January 2022, the Fredericksburg Police Department Leadership Team reexamined the agency's strategic plan.
Over a year, the team spent numerous hours shaping and molding the existing strategic plan to create a more inclusive and dynamic one that will guide us over the next three years.
The 2023-2025 Strategic Plan is a living document focusing on five key areas that will help equip us to meet the challenges of modern policing while maintaining the trust and respect of City residents, youth, and business owners. We are excited to share the Strategic Plan publicly for everyone to see our continued commitment to community engagement, accountability, and employee training.
