Mrs. Margaret Bryant Announced as Coordinator of Virtual Learning and Innovation

Caroline County Public Schools issued the following announcement on July 14

The Caroline County School Board appointed Mrs. Margaret Bryant as Coordinator of Virtual Learning and Innovation at their meeting on July 12, 2021.

Mrs. Bryant graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development, with a major in Education Administration and Supervision from George Washington University. In addition, her endorsements include an Exceptional Education certification from Old Dominion University and a Gifted Education certification from University of Virginia.

Since 2017, Mrs. Bryant has been the Coordinator of Alternative Student Success for New Kent Public Schools. In this role, she administered and facilitated online and virtual programs, and she was instrumental in the development and implementation of in-person and online instruction for students with disabilities. She also coordinated assignments and progression for students in an alternative placement and supervised CTE education of 21st century workplace skills in person and virtual programming.

Prior to this position, she was the Director of Busy Bees Learning Center and the Coordinator of Assessment and Remediation for Henrico County Public Schools. Caroline County is excited to welcome Mrs. Bryant to the Central Office team for the 2021-2022 school year. She will begin her position on July 26th.
