As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Woodmont Center was owned by Genesis VA Holdings, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Stafford County, has been owned by Genesis VA Holdings, LLC since April 1, 2011.

Woodmont Center is registered as a for-profit facility.
