Torrie was last seen on August 20th in the 100 block of Addie Court. She is a 5’1” Pacific Islander female, approximately 170 lbs., brown eyes, with long black hair below her waistline. She has multiple tattoos on both forearms and “222” tattooed near her right elbow. She also has a floral design tattoo on her right shoulder.
