Pizza Price Perturbs Patron

A disturbance yesterday afternoon at a convenience store led to a criminal charge against a Stafford woman.

On August 8th at 5:02 p.m. Sergeant D.T. Aubrecht responded to the Hidden Valley 7-Eleven in the 3600 block of U.S. 1 for a disturbance. He learned Shirley Allen had caused a ruckus in the store, believing she was overcharged for pizza. Allen yelled obscenities at staff and kicked the front door as she exited the store, causing the glass to break.

Sgt. Aubrecht located Allen across the street from the store and placed her under arrest for the vandalism. Allen was released by the magistrate on an unsecured bond and faces an August 17th hearing in court.
