Of the 151 people living in Port Royal in 2020, 47.7 percent (72) were women and 52.3 percent (79) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Fredericksburg Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 12. In the 65 and over age range, there were six females and 11 males.
