Of the 5,027 people living in Spotsylvania Courthouse in 2020, 50.4 percent (2,532) were women and 49.6 percent (2,495) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Fredericksburg Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 246. In the 65 and over age range, there were 509 females and 204 males.
