Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) and the Fredericksburg Nationals (FredNats) are proud to announce Kenneth Accousti, MD, Mary Washington Orthopedics in affiliation with FOA as the team doctor.
Dr. Accousti specializes in sports medicine which is a branch of medicine that deals with physical fitness and the treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and exercise. As a sports medicine physician, Dr. Accousti treats injuries such as muscle, ligament, tendon and bone problems, but also treats chronic illnesses that can affect physical performance, such as asthma and diabetes.
“I am honored to be chosen the team doctor for the Fredericksburg Nationals and look forward to providing any orthopedic care to the team and coaching staff,” says Dr. Accousti, Mary Washington Orthopedics in affiliation with FOA.

After a memorable inaugural 2021 campaign, the Fredericksburg Nationals are excited to announce the schedule for their upcoming 2022 season. The FredNats will begin their second season in the ‘Burg at Delmarva on Friday, April 8 before returning to FredNats Ballpark for their home opener against the Carolina Mudcats on Tuesday, April 12.
