Stafford County Public Schools recently issued the following announcement.
School Board Meeting

Description
The meeting will be open to the public.
It will also be livestreamed at https://www.regionalwebtv.com/staffordsb.
You can also watch it on several local cable television channels within Stafford County.
All Stafford County citizens and SCPS students and staff are welcome to come forward to speak to the board during this meeting. You will be allotted three (3) minutes to address the board on any topic of your choosing. If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to submit comments, you may use the Digital Public Comment form, which can be found at www.staffordschools.net/digitalpubliccomment. Please note that if you submit a digital comment form, you will not be able to come forward to address the board in-person during the Citizen Comments portion of the meeting on March 8th.
During the March 8th board meeting, there will also be a public hearing on the proposed redistricting plans for certain elementary and middle schools. Stafford citizens, and SCPS staff and students, are welcome to come forward during this public hearing and speak to the board about the proposed redistricting. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. If you are unable to attend the March 8th board meeting but wish to submit comments to the board regarding this matter, you may use the Redistricting Public Comment form, which can be found at https://forms.gle/xCp4R4eMiygwW3Pd7. Please note that if you submit a digital comment form for the redistricting mater, you will not be able to come forward to address the board in-person during the Public Hearing at the meeting on March 8th.
