Caroline County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Feb. 11
On Tuesday, February 22 at 6:00 pm, the Caroline County Public Schools will be hosting an Equity Committee meeting to discuss an initiative called Collective Impact. The meeting is open to the general public.
Collective Impact is an approach to shared community building. Caroline resident, Kat Stork Blaher and her firm, Shore Strategies LLC, in conjunction with the Caroline Human Services Council, will be presenting information about the initiative and how it can be used to improve outcomes for our children, youth and families.
Supervisor of Alternative Programs Nicole Fisher said, “CCPS is committed to providing a quality education for all students, and our partnerships with families and community are an integral part of achieving that goal. This initiative is an important step forward, and Kat is excited to share more with the Equity Committee and the community.”
