Stafford County School Board is now accepting Digital Public Comments

Stafford County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Feb. 5

The Stafford County School Board is now accepting Digital Public Comments prior to each regularly scheduled board meeting. Digital Public Comments will be collected through 2 p.m. on the day of each board meeting. All collected comments will be distributed to the board members prior to the start of the meeting, posted to the meeting agenda on BoardDocs, and made publicly available as an addendum to the meeting minutes. 

Digital Public Comment will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours beginning at 2 p.m. on the day of the board meeting until 2 p.m. the day after the meeting. At which time, comments will reopen and be collected for the next board meeting.
