Caroline County issued the following announcement on Jan. 12

Caroline County and its residents are recovering from Snow Storm Frida that moved through the County Monday morning, January 3rd. This storm impacted the entire County, coating everything in its path with a blanket of heavy wet snow.

The County experienced down trees and power outages during this storm. The Caroline County Department of Fire and Rescue spent a significant amount of time throughout the event cutting trees, removing debris and opening roadways.
