The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Stewart Navarre, Stewart Navarre for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Patrick Johnson on June 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Stewart Navarre for Congress has refunded $23,300 total since Jan. 1.
