Office of Stafford County Sheriff issued the following announcement on Oct. 13
DUI
Clover Hill Drive, 10/12, 12:40 a.m. Deputy J.D. Hurt responded for a warrant service. Upon arrival to the area, the deputy observed the suspect driving. The suspect, Neil Lamb Jr., 28, of Stafford, parked and exited the vehicle. The deputy detained Lamb for the active warrant and he resisted arrest. He was taken into custody and appeared under the influence. Lamb was charged with driving under the influence-2nd offense, obstruction of justice, refusal of test, and driving on a suspended license. He was also served the outstanding warrant. Lamb was held on a $5,000 secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
LARCENY
Tech Parkway, 10/12, 3:50 p.m. The license plates on two vehicles were stolen while they were parked in the area. The thefts are believed to have occurred sometime between October 7 and October 12.
