Caroline County issued the following announcement on Sept. 2
Fredericksburg Social Services is now seeking Resource Foster Parents. Our department especially needs people who are willing to care for ages 7 and up and sibling groups. Our Resource Foster Parents do not have to live in the City of Fredericksburg to foster.
