Stafford County issued the following announcement on June 16
Stafford County will officially break ground on Musselman Park on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Musselman Park is located on a 28-acre lot that was part of the Musselman family farm. The park is named for Linda Musselman, a former member of the Board of Supervisors for the Hartwood District and a long-time Stafford County school teacher. Plans call for a playground and walking trails for the park. Supervisor Gary Snellings (Hartwood District) and former Supervisor Musselman will give remarks.
The public is invited to join in this special event. Musselman Park is located on Truslow Road, directly across from Stafford Junction at 791 Truslow Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
