The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Qasim Rashid, Rashid for Va, refunded $100 to Syeda Ahmed on September 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Rashid for Va refunded $4,450 total since April 1.
