The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Qasim Rashid, Rashid for Va, refunded $1,200 to Norbert Hornstein on May 10, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Rashid for Va refunded $51,018 total since December 1, 2019.
