18th Annual Conquer Chiari Walk Across America
Join the community on Saturday, September 20, at 10 a.m. at Loriella Park, 10910 Leavells Road, Fredericksburg, for the 18th Annual Conquer Chiari Walk Across America, a nationwide event returning to the Fredericksburg area to raise awareness and funds for research, education, and support surrounding Chiari malformation, a serious neurological disorder affecting thousands each year, where participants will gather to walk in solidarity, share stories, and spread knowledge about ongoing efforts, treatments, and resources, making this a meaningful opportunity to stand together, support those impacted, and contribute to advancing hope and progress for individuals and families.
